Spur - San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association: Board Seat

As a real estate development company we very astutely understand how development affects the community where we have projects as well as the community at large.  That’s why we are involved with SPUR, an organization that brings people together from across the political spectrum to create solutions to big problems our cities face and provide an independent and holistic approach to urban issues. This directly aligns with our current focus on workforce housing through ABD Suites and our other properties, to help alleviate the shortage of housing in our highly populated urban areas of the Bay Area and beyond.
